Job Summary
Center Manager in Training with relocation required; Senior Operations Management Trainee developing leadership across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. The program lasts ~6 months with a 12-month path to Plasma Center Operations Manager, including hands-on leadership of high-volume teams, staff planning/recruiting, performance reviews, and mentorship, with up to 95% travel and eventual relocation to a BioLife location. Travel-ready candidate will contribute to donor experience, operations support, and compliance in a highly regulated plasma collection environment, while progressively assuming management responsibilities and expanding to open new centers.
Required Qualifications
- Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program
- 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
- Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
- Having a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Risk level 1 exposure to bloodborne pathogens; 90% of tasks require glove wear
