CENTER MANAGER IN TRAINING

The Center Manager In Training (CMIT) will prepare to manage all aspects of sales and operations at an Artemis Wax owned European Wax Center. Responsibilities include leading team performance to exceed revenue and operating budgets, developing talent, and communicating effectively with Center Teams. The CMIT will engage in daily performance assessments, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with center standards. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time salaried exempt position requiring full schedule availability.
