Job Summary
As a Center Manager at OrangeTwist, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability. Responsibilities include maintaining guest experience standards, implementing operational processes, preparing reports, and managing payroll. You will also develop your team, enhance guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and comply with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position, strong leadership skills, and preferably experience in the Medspa industry.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
- Minimum 2 experience in leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar
Additional Requirements
