Center Manager (Full-time)

Oversee daily operations at OrangeTwist centers by meeting revenue goals, directing guest experience standards, and ensuring efficient front office workflows. Lead a team to drive sales and profitability while developing staff, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and OSHA regulations. Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and security systems to ensure a clean, safe environment. Prepare accurate reports, submit schedules for payroll approval, and schedule vendor training workshops. Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events. Submit schedule and staff hours to Regional Director for approval to ensure proper payroll management and adequate center coverage.
