Job Summary
Drive day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow, and adherence to clinical standards while managing team motivation and coaching. Oversee in-clinic execution of business, clinical, and marketing programs such as cold calling and employer meetings to achieve annual financial goals. Lead interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely billing. Review financial statements and operating scorecards to identify improvement areas, implementing corporate initiatives and resolving issues with regional leadership. Perform Medical Assistant and X-Ray Tech duties if credentialed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of manager experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in healthcare environment
- 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of clinic operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Technically competent with various software programs including but not limited to MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
