Job Summary
Center Manager at European Wax Center leading day-to-day center operations, driving sales growth and profitability, supervising 5+ associates, recruiting/training new staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining standards and policies. Responsible for achieving center KPIs, managing labor and product usage costs, collaborating with district/corporate leadership on initiatives, and fostering a high-performing, compliant work environment. Requires retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of retail management experience with direct supervision of 5+ people
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates
- Ability to manage costs and optimize financial performance
- Compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
