Center Manager

Engage with children and families in the center, schedule and provide tours, and close deals to promote Code Ninjas offerings. Present program value, work with parents to define learning needs and progress, and ensure a fun, safe environment for students and staff. Enthusiastically lead the team, maintain high morale, and manage hiring while upholding corporate standards for cleanliness and operations. This role requires comfort with ages 5-14 and business operations knowledge. Paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development assistance are included.
