Job Summary
Oversee and optimize the operational efficiency and effectiveness of a care center through strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. Implement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction while managing the center's P&L, developing budgets, and analyzing financial data to achieve profitability goals. Collect and analyze care center data to maintain quality and efficiency, resolve operational issues, and train the team including medical assistants and front desk staff. Drive efficient patient flow, identify problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent future inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with all company policies, federal, state, and local regulations. Contribute to the organization's strategic plan and work with department leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Strong background in managed care with accountability in center level P&L
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management
- At least 2 years of experience in managing medical clinics or healthcare facilities
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills to analyze situations, determine risks, and proactively find solutions to resolve current issues and prevent future inefficiencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in support of organizational patient care goals
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational goals
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software including PowerBI
- Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day
- The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 15 pounds
