Job Summary
Center Manager is responsible for the daily operation of a Carbon Health facility, overseeing policies and procedures, center financials, patient experience, and community outreach with an owner’s mindset to ensure profitability. The role requires coordinating with center medical directors and external partners, driving outcomes, and maintaining accountability across staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance measurement. Key duties include implementing staffing standards, assessing team development needs, leading regular team meetings, ensuring clinical excellence and safety standards, building positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, and vendors, handling patient inquiries with urgency, monitoring clinic expenditures within budget, adapting procedures as financial conditions change, and participating in community marketing activities to increase patient volume and engagement, all while maintaining regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and overall clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or combination of healthcare experience and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
