Job Summary
Center Manager leads daily operations of a Carbon Health facility, overseeing staffing standards, scheduling, payroll, patient experience, and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include budgeting and expense control, team leadership and development, conducting regular staff meetings, promoting clinical excellence standards in collaboration with the Center Medical Director, building relationships with clinicians, patients, and vendors, addressing patient inquiries with urgency, and participating in marketing/community outreach to increase patient volume.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or combination of healthcare experience and education
