Job Summary
Manage the outpatient center by assuming responsibility for executive decisions, growing the team of physical therapists and assistants, and partnering with physicians, employers, and payors to optimize patient outcomes. Lead physician relationship development, manage patient portfolios, and collaborate on community philanthropic programs. Participate in industry-leading continuing education while delivering high-quality preventive and rehabilitative care across specialties including orthopedics, sports medicine, and pelvic health. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR Certification
- At least two years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience
- Must be available for evenings until 6:30 PM
- Must be available for the last patient one hour before closing
