Job Summary
Center Manager responsible for the overall operations of the PACE Center, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory standards, and collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology teams to deliver services. Oversees staff, coordinates program quality, and aligns with management to meet regulatory requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or gerontology, with a minimum of three years’ supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare; Master’s degree preferred. Bilingual ability is preferred depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in social work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required
- Master7s degree preferred
- Experience in Title XXII licensing regulations
- Minimum of three years9s experience in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred
