Job Summary
Center Manager is the operational and cultural leader of the service center, accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability, and team performance. Balances hands-on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, cost control, safety, and talent development; owns the full business including vehicle health checks, fleet relationships, staffing, compliance, and P&L management. Responsibilities include delivering a best-in-class customer experience, building relationships with customers and fleet accounts, executing a consistent sales process, driving revenue growth across services, memberships, and partnerships, resolving customer concerns, managing daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks; leading and developing a high-performing team of technicians and leaders; ensuring safety and OSHA compliance; maintaining equipment and facility safety; collaborating on marketing and community growth; and maintaining strong ownership mindset and culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and customer obsession.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of people leadership experience; automotive or service retail management preferred
- Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and operational KPIs
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment (automotive, retail, restaurant, or similar)
- Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard business software
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
