Job Summary

Manage programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational systems for the Family Resource Center while supervising Intake Referral Specialists, Support Specialists, and Family Specialists. Lead daily operational decisions, collaborate with community partners, and monitor staff progression toward contract goals. Formulate agency policies, review Center activities with the Director, and train staff on program implementation. Recruit an Advisory Council, provide timely reports to the Children's Board, and maintain respectful workplace standards. Respond to client and staff concerns, participate in recruitment and hiring, and develop partnerships with local programs. Work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with required data systems
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs
  • Must understand the value and foundation of the Protective Factors framework
  • Must Practice Family Support Principles
  • Must be Cross trained to perform daily operating procedures
  • Must have a high level of energy
  • Must be adaptable to irregular hours
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Must possess a strength-based approach to family support service delivery
  • Must have demonstrated skills in developing programming to meet the unique needs of the community and Center members
  • Must have the capacity to apply knowledge in assessing situations
  • Must have the capacity to provide clear verbal/written communications
  • Must have the capacity to respond to incidents or crisis
  • Must have the capacity to supervise/coach staff
  • Must be able to Obtain training in the Center data system: Attendance and Needs Tracking System and maintain member confidentiality
  • Must be able to Attend mandatory trainings
  • Must be able to Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred in both verbal and writing skills
