Center Head

Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve program goals while conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to inform decisions. Manage program operations, supervise and mentor team members, and build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, funders, and community leaders. Identify new partnership opportunities, monitor and evaluate program quality against QMS standards, and track performance data to address gaps. Manage regional budgets, ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, and create monthly and quarterly reports per Infosys standards.
