Develop and implement curriculum, program structures, and teaching strategies while designing quality measures to maintain standards. Formulate learning and teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and support entrepreneurship research, including contributing to the discipline's body of knowledge. Manage student programs and services, monitor staff duties for lecturing and tutorials, and oversee financial reporting systems for grants and project income. Conduct individual or joint research to publish articles in professional journals and international conferences. Provide report to direct supervisor and suggest improvement processes for time, effort, and cost within the Quality Management System.
