Job Summary
Center Facilitator for Girls Inc. part-time role (up to 30 hours/week) in Memphis, TN, 2:00pm–7:00pm center operations. Plan, develop, implement, and facilitate age-appropriate Girls Inc. curricula; supervise participants in small groups and individually; coordinate field trips and community opportunities focused on girls’ physical and mental health, STEM education, advocacy, leadership, and civic engagement; participate in monthly training; collaborate with agency staff to ensure quality program delivery; support center and partner-site operations including equipment and maintenance; maintain high safety and behavioral standards; adhere to all agency policies. Requirements: 21+, valid driver’s license and car insurance, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, HS education (college preferred), ability to work nights and weekends, pass background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 and older
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a high school education, preferably at least two year's of college and experience in youth development
- Ability to effectively diffuse and manage volatile situations
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Must clear a background check and Drug Screening
