Job Summary
Manage the parent journey from initial inquiry to enrollment by making 25+ outbound calls per shift, conducting center tours, and overcoming pricing objections. Utilize CRM tools to track leads and maintain digital engagement while acting as the brand face at local schools, farmers markets, and PTA events. Lead and schedule part-time instructors to ensure high-quality educational environments during instruction hours. This role requires advanced sales acumen and the ability to build relationships with high-income families, with a focus on transitioning into a Center Director position after meeting initial benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success or hospitality management
- Ability to work standard learning center hours (typically mid-afternoon through early evening Monday–Thursday, plus weekend morning/afternoon blocks at farmers markets and community festivals as needed)
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Established experience working with school administrations, PTAs, or teachers in the local area
- Active ties or prior experience within local public, private and charter school networks
- A proactive personality that loves the sales process and hitting enrollment goals
- The ability to turn a stressed parent into a raving fan of our center
- Comfort navigating modern relationship management platforms, customer databases, social media platforms and automated follow-up systems to keep the business organized
- A strong desire to scale within an organization
