Job Summary
Center Director at The Learning Experience leads by example, creating an environment of trust and rapport with diverse groups while ensuring a compliant, well-staffed, and high-performing center. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety procedures per local/state licensing, sourcing/training/coaching staff, implementing the proprietary curriculum using engaging characters, driving enrollment and family engagement through tours and community events, and managing business operations such as accounts receivable/payable and monthly P&Ls. The role requires guiding teachers, delivering consistent results, and leveraging ongoing training and leadership pathways for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
- State specific Administrative or Director credential
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role
