Job Summary
Center Director leading a fast-growing early education academy: responsible for staffing, enrollment growth, budget oversight, licensing compliance, and delivering high-quality early learning experiences. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development; drives enrollment through marketing, tours (in-person and virtual), and lead-conversion; manages monthly/quarterly financial targets, tuition collection, and billing; ensures health and safety SOPs, licensing compliance, and safe, engaging classroom operations; builds strong relationships with families and staff, fosters collaboration, and upholds brand standards. Requires proven center- or people-leadership experience, a state director credential, and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; knowledge of licensing standards and ADP/CareerPlug platforms is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience (at least one year required)
- Must possess a state-specific Director or Administrative Credential and meet all licensing/background screening requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education, licensing standards, and classroom best practices
