Job Summary
Provide overall leadership for the center's daily operations, educational programs, and staff. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators while ensuring full compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and company standards. Build strong relationships with current and prospective families to drive enrollment and retention, monitor center performance, staffing, budgets, and operational goals, and partner with ownership to implement strategic initiatives. Foster a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and employees. Requires Massachusetts Director I and Director II Certification, a Bachelor's degree, and minimum two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center. Competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year with Monday–Friday work schedule.
