Job Summary
Lead a passionate team and drive the heart and health of your center by recruiting, staffing, and maintaining high-performance educators while keeping turnover below 40%. Execute formal marketing plans, convert prospective families, and forecast enrollment trends to meet budget targets and exceed active enrollment goals. Manage monthly and quarterly budgets, analyze P&L performance, and ensure accurate billing and tuition collection. Ensure full compliance with state and local licensing regulations, maintain health and safety SOPs, and keep the center clean, organized, and tour-ready. Process payroll on time and resolve staff and family concerns collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of center management or people leadership experience
- Must possess a state-specific Director or Administrative Credential
- Must meet all licensing requirements
- Must pass background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
