Job Summary
Lead a passionate team and drive the heart and health of your center by managing enrollment, staffing, and business performance goals. Prioritize recruiting, conduct monthly team meetings, and deliver timely feedback to keep turnover below 40%. Execute marketing plans, lead family tours, and forecast enrollment trends to meet budget targets. Understand and manage monthly budgets, analyze P&L statements, and maintain accurate billing records. Ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety SOPs, and labor laws while keeping the center tour-ready. Process payroll on time and use TLE tools to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of center management or people leadership experience
- State-specific Director or Administrative Credential
- Meet all licensing requirements
- Pass background screening

- Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
