Job Summary
Conduct classroom observations, evaluate staff, and provide feedback to motivate learning while managing team schedules and daily classroom ratios. Lead tours with prospective families, communicate student progress, and execute parent engagement initiatives. Manage new hire paperwork, maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, and oversee medication and emergency safety drills. Build networks of external talent and audit records for students and teachers. Ensure physical environment and health standards meet local and state requirements. This role requires NC Administrative Level III credentials, professional teaching experience, and CPR/First Aid certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required in a 5 Star Preschool
- Must have NC Administrative Level III credentials
- Must have professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- CPR, First Aid, SIDS, Playground Safety, BSAC Certifications a must have
- Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen
- Must be customer service focused
- Must demonstrate conflict resolution skills
- Must be infused with creativity
- Must demonstrate exceptional work ethics
- Must have strong experience in managing smooth operations with a cost control and revenue growth mindset
- Must have proficiency in computer and technology (billing system, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Social Media Platforms, and other Online Marketing avenues)
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
