Center Director

Conduct classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback to motivate learning while managing team curriculum execution aligned with brand standards. Lead tours for prospective families, communicate student progress, and execute parent engagement initiatives. Build and communicate weekly schedules to ensure appropriate classroom ratios and labor budget management. Manage new hire paperwork, employee files, and student records in compliance with state licensing regulations. Conduct monthly emergency safety drills, manage medication, and report accidents or incidents. Maintain relationships with state licensors and ensure full compliance with local and state health and safety standards.
