Center Director

Conduct daily management of classroom ratios, build and communicate weekly schedules, and manage new hire paperwork in compliance with state licensing regulations. Lead tours with prospective families, regularly communicate student progress, and execute parent engagement initiatives. Ensure physical environment and health/safety standards meet local and state regulations by conducting monthly emergency safety drills and managing medication. Manage relationships with state licensors, conduct center evaluations, and report accidents or incidents. Identify and interview teacher candidates, build external talent networks, and provide feedback through classroom observations to align curriculum with brand standards.
