Lead a passionate team and drive both the heart and health of your center by ensuring high-quality early learning experiences while meeting enrollment, staffing, and business performance goals. Prioritize recruiting and respond to applicants within 1 business day, ensuring the center remains fully staffed with well-trained teachers. Execute a formal marketing plan including outreach, social media, and community engagement to maintain strong lead-to-start conversion and exceed enrollment budgets. Manage monthly and quarterly budget targets, review P&L statements, and maintain accurate billing records to support growth and operational efficiency. Ensure health and safety SOPs are followed center-wide, maintain full compliance with state and local licensing regulations, and keep the center clean, organized, and tour-ready. Process payroll on time, manage tuition collection, and resolve concerns for staff and families quickly and respectfully.
