Job Summary
Center Director at The Learning Experience oversees people leadership and client focus in Princeton area. Responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing teacher candidates, conducting classroom observations and evaluations, ensuring curriculum execution per brand standards, coaching staff, managing weekly schedules and classroom ratios, leading tours for prospective families, communicating student progress, planning events, handling incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with state licensing; requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education / Education, 1+ year leadership experience (2+ preferred) and knowledge of licensing regulations; CPR/First Aid preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education / Education
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (minimum one year required)
- professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
