Job Summary
As Center Director, lead a high-performing team to deliver high-quality early learning experiences, manage enrollment targets, oversee budgeting and financial performance (P&L), ensure licensing compliance, and drive center operations and family engagement. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, conducting monthly meetings, maintaining low turnover, delivering performance reviews, marketing and outreach to prospective families, forecasting enrollment trends, and maintaining smooth center operations. Requires state director/administrative credential and strong knowledge of licensing standards; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience highly preferred. At least one year required.
- Must possess a state-specific Director or Administrative Credential and meet all licensing and background screening requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
