Job Summary
Center Director to lead enrollment, staffing, and operational excellence at The Learning Experience in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a high-performing staff, maintaining licensing compliance and health/safety standards, driving enrollment growth and meeting enrollment budgets, overseeing payroll and tuition billing, conducting timely performance reviews, coordinating monthly staff meetings, and delivering exceptional family and community engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of early childhood education, licensing standards, and classroom best practices, with emphasis on data-informed decisions, marketing outreach, and leadership development to ensure a high-quality center experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience highly preferred; at least one year required.
- Must possess a state-specific Director or Administrative Credential and meet all licensing and background screening requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
