Job Summary
Lead the center's daily operations, educational programs, and staff while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and company standards. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators to promote exceptional classroom quality and support continuous teacher development. Build strong relationships with current and prospective families to drive enrollment and retention, while monitoring center performance, staffing, budgets, and operational goals. Foster a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and employees, partnering with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Director I and Director II Certification
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and supporting enrollment growth
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field
