Job Summary
Directs daily operations of the Mathnasium learning centre in Surrey, BC; drives sales, enrollments, and customer experience; oversees instructional leadership, staff hiring/training, scheduling; ensures student progress and center profitability; leverages the Mathnasium Method and hybrid delivery to engage students, families, and school/community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field
- Experience in sales and new business development
- Previous leadership experience managing / supervising teams
- Experience in Customer service management an asset
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
