Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of instructors by recruiting, training, and managing daily operations. Drive growth through sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals while building community as the primary contact for parents and local schools. Ensure quality by overseeing the Mathnasium Method and maintaining accurate student learning plans. Master the business side, handling billing, scheduling, and customer readiness. This full-time role operates Mon–Thu (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM) and Sunday (12:30 PM – 4:30 PM) during the school year, with summer hours varying. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $57,000 plus performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, 401K, and generous PTO.
