Job Summary
Lead a team of Instructors and Assistant Center Directors to foster a positive learning environment for K-12 students while driving aggressive enrollment growth. Manage inbound sales funnels, monitor active enrollments, and handle payment reconciliation to ensure operational success. Promote custom digital learning plans through technology applications, creative marketing, and social media channels, including ownership of the Google Business Profile and Microsite content. Collaborate with staff and community stakeholders to build trust-based relationships with parents and schools, while continuously assessing and improving internal processes.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership. An ability to recruit, develop, and mentor subordinates
- Strong communication skills. A genuine ability and desire to connect with parents and students
- Growth oriented mindset. Comfortable setting goals and achieving them
- Multi-tasking. An ability to work on multiple priorities without compromising quality of deliverables
- Computer proficiency. Strong aptitude for the use of advanced technology to aid in teaching and learning
- A genuine passion for math and STEM-based learning
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Demonstrated mastery of math (advanced placement)
- Experience teaching math in a K-12, college, or professional environment
- All applicants will be required to pass a background check prior to onboarding
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching or tutoring experience with Kumon, Sylvan, or Huntington is a plus
