Center Director

Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans while assisting with curriculum implementation and coaching teachers. Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, maintaining an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to help achieve profitability, while promoting the company's positive image as a provider of choice in community educational programs. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, at least two years of Center Director experience in a licensed facility, and willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
