Job Summary
Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans while implementing and coaching on company curriculum standards. Ensure the center operates in accordance with state licensing standards and fosters a positive partnership within the surrounding community. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in an educational, caring, and safe environment. Starting salary is $67,900.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
Desired Qualifications
- CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
- experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
