Job Summary
Center Director responsible for leading a daycare/early childhood education center: manage staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, and develop improvement plans; implement and coach curriculum; ensure compliance with licensing and company standards; build positive partnerships with the community; recruit and retain qualified staff; foster a caring, educational, and safe environment that supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth; engage and inform parents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
