Job Summary
Direct the daily operations of a licensed child care center in Raleigh, NC, overseeing staff scheduling, performance management, and curriculum implementation; ensure compliance with licensing standards; maintain a safe, educational environment; recruit and retain qualified staff, promote the company's image, and drive profitability while communicating progress to parents. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, NC Level 3 Director credential, 2+ years of Center Director experience in a licensed facility, and 21+ years of age with willingness to fulfill state director requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
- Must have 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility
- Must have the North Carolina Level 3 Director credential
- Must be at least 21 years of age
