Job Summary
Center Director to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center, drive performance, build a lean, high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional donor experience. Manage the P&L of a site within a hyper-growth organization, lead daily operations and strategy to optimize donor flow and retention, recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance and safety, and make data-driven decisions. Requires coaching and developing team members, coordinating with operations, quality, and facilities, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes up to $100K total with base $70K-$75K plus up to 35% monthly bonus, and 8 weeks of paid training with travel/accommodations provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed
