Oversee all aspects of the growing Donor Center, drive performance and donor flow, manage the P&L, recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance and safety, lead audits, and make data-driven decisions to meet targets in a hyper-growth healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed
