Job Summary
Maintain Indiana Licensing Standards, NECPA Accreditation, and Paths to Quality Level 4 while participating in management, community meetings, and center tours. Lead hiring, training, and staff development, assist with scheduling, and manage monthly expenses and accounts receivable. Support children's growth milestones and communicate regularly with parents and families. Work Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is required, with a Master's preferred; three years of progressive management experience and knowledge of state regulations are essential. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors College degree in Early Childhood Education or related
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Three years of progressive and relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations relating to child care facilities

- Additional coursework in a related field or a master's degree preferred
