Job Summary
Shadow experienced Center Directors to master operations, sales processes, marketing strategies, and financial management. Implement C2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures while developing communication skills to interact with students, parents, teachers, and staff. Participate in lead generation, community outreach, enrollment consultations, and administrative tasks like record keeping and data entry. Manage student schedules, track progress, and prepare presentations for prospective families and community partners. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe learning environment and contribute to achieving student performance goals and business targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
