Job Summary
Center Director for Class 101 in Irving, TX. Hybrid, part-time role (~20 hrs/week) starting at $25/hour with a path to full-time as the center scales. You’ll be the in-person face of the Irving center, running FAFSA nights, hosting workshops, and meeting with families to build trust and drive enrollment. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting family consultations, guiding parents through enrollment, and tracking activity in the CRM. You’ll coach remote advisors, lead weekly check-ins, and help grow the center through events, community outreach, and relationship-building with school personnel and local organizations. Requires experience in sales, education services, college advising, or community-facing program management; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage events, follow-ups, and CRM reporting. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting is desired.
