Job Summary
Accountable for overseeing donor center staff and operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. Acts as a liaison with corporate functions to ensure compliance and performance while maintaining a thorough grasp of state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate product shipments, maintaining staff training and development, and fostering a productive work environment. Seeking a natural leader with a strong character, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of three years of relevant management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years’ management/supervisory experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience recruiting, hiring, training and managing the performance of employees
- Minimum one (1) year experience with responsibility for financial management and/or budgeting
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
