Job Summary
Oversees donor center staff and operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations such as FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP. The role requires management of financial performance and achieving the projected production budget. A successful candidate will lead staff training and development, maintaining high production standards and fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for engaging diverse teams and managing center operations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years’ management/supervisory experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience recruiting, hiring, training and managing the performance of employees
- Minimum one (1) year experience with responsibility for financial management and/or budgeting
