Job Summary
Center Director lead role overseeing people leadership and customer focus in a childcare facility. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring teacher candidates, coaching and developing staff, managing schedules and classroom ratios, ensuring state licensing compliance, leading family tours and communications, maintaining health and safety standards, and maintaining center records. Requires professional teaching experience with infants to preschoolers, 2+ years of leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (preferred). CPR/First Aid certification and strong knowledge of licensing rules preferred.
