Job Summary
Center Director at The Learning Experience leads people, curriculum, and operations in a Mason, OH center. Responsibilities include identifying and interviewing teacher candidates, conducting classroom observations and evaluations, managing staffing to maintain proper ratios and adherence to state licensing, leading teacher development, scheduling, and onboarding. Customer-focused responsibilities involve tours for prospective families, communicating student progress, and maintaining relationships with families, while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires center leadership experience, teaching experience with infants to preschoolers, and familiarity with licensing rules; a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field is preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
- Must have professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
