Job Summary
Center Director at HASA oversees daily management and coordination of the HASA Center delivering social, financial, and vocational services to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in NYC. Responsibilities include meetings with health care partners and officials, ensuring program services comply with federal/state/city standards, supervising staff, managing client benefit processes (including CBCFA and Rental Assistance), coordinating service delivery, safeguarding confidentiality, and liaising with community-based organizations to address client needs and program improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services; or
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the above. However, all candidates must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and the one year of experience at the administrative or management level as described in the first item.
