Center Director

Lead and manage all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations by executing BrightView's operations playbook and planning regular team meetings. Ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences by resolving conflicts, enforcing policies, and overseeing staff onboarding and training. Effectively manage site-level personnel across multiple disciplines, cultivating development, setting performance expectations, and implementing improvement plans. Develop community partnerships with Outreach teams and collaborate with the Quality department while fulfilling Program Administrator duties per state code. Follow federal, state, and local healthcare requirements with a high degree of integrity.
