Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by managing patient flow, executing the operations playbook, and planning regular team meetings. Ensure consistent patient experience delivery while identifying and resolving internal conflicts. Manage site-level personnel across disciplines, cultivate performance development, and establish improvement plans. Enforce federal, state, and local healthcare compliance, oversee new staff onboarding, and develop community partnerships with Outreach teams. Fulfill Program Administrator duties as required by State Administrative Code.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- LCAS
- LCSW
- LPC
- 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting
- 2+ years' experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with harm reduction a plus
